Shell Pros Construction, LLC ("Shell Pros," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site or submit a form, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site you agree to the practices described below.

Information we collect

We only collect information that you choose to provide, plus a small amount of standard technical data:

• Contact form / estimate requests — name, email, phone number, project location, and any details you share about the project.
• Careers applications — name, email, phone number, the role you're applying for, the message you write to us, and any files you attach (resume, cover letter, certifications).
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, referring page, and aggregated visit data captured by Vercel's cookieless web analytics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers or fingerprinting tools.

How we use it

• To respond to your estimate request, message, or application.
• To send you project quotes, scheduling details, and follow-up correspondence.
• To evaluate your application for open roles and contact your references if you've authorized that.
• To improve the site and understand which pages prospects find useful.
• To prevent spam and abuse (form rate-limiting, honeypot screening).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

How information is stored and transmitted

Form submissions are delivered to info@shellpros.com via Resend, our transactional email provider. Email attachments are forwarded with the message and stored in our business email account. Site hosting and edge functions run on Vercel. Both Resend and Vercel are SOC 2-compliant providers; you can review their privacy policies at resend.com and vercel.com.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Vercel's web analytics is cookieless. Your browser may still cache static assets (CSS, fonts, images) as part of normal page loads — you can clear this at any time from your browser settings.

Data retention

Estimate and contact messages are retained in our business email for as long as the project relationship is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for warranty, tax, and recordkeeping purposes (typically up to seven years to satisfy Florida contractor recordkeeping requirements). Careers applications are kept for up to twelve months after the role is filled or closed unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Your choices

• Access or delete your data. Email us at info@shellpros.com and we'll confirm what we have on file and remove it on request, subject to any legal recordkeeping obligation.
• Opt out of follow-up. Reply to any message from us with "remove me" and we'll stop contacting you.

Children

This site is intended for adults considering a residential or commercial construction project. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
